 Areas of Practice
Mr. Trautmann is engaged in an extensive litigation practice in both Federal and State Courts. His clients have come from nearly all of the States in the United States as well as overseas. Mr. Trautmann regularly represents clients in personal injury, malpractice and complex commercial litigation. He also represents clients in estate litigation and aviation related matters. Over the years Mr. Trautmann has establish himself as one of the top litigators in the country earning a reputation as a thoroughly prepared and tough adversary.
Professional Background
Mr. Trautmann has also been admitted pro hac vice in various jurisdictions including most recently in the States of Florida and Texas. Presently Mr. Trautmann is the lead counsel handling multi-million dollar commercial litigation matters in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida – Tampa Division as well as in the 153rd Judicial District of Texas, Tarrant County, the Court of Appeals for the Second District of Texas – Fort Worth, and the Texas Supreme Court. In addition, Mr. Trautmann currently represents clients from Germany, Ireland and Mexico.

Despite the long hours he devotes to his clients, there is much more to Gregg Trautmann than just practicing law. He is also a certified flight instructor with instrument and multi-engine endorsements. He first soloed at age 19 and has been flying ever since. Hardly a week goes by when he is not at the airport.
Gregg is married to Donna Ward and is the father of three children.
